Politique d’expédition

 

  • Customers may choose their shipping option at checkout. We will ship according to the method chosen - either USPS or UPS.

  • Shopify automatically uses DHL for International orders. However, due to the way international shipping regulations affect our location, you package may ship via a different carrier or service than selected at checkout. We will select the best combination of expedience and price. We thank you for your understanding.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via e-mail when the postage is generated. This does not guarantee the package has entered the tracking system immediately. Sometimes carriers contract with other carriers for delivery to final destination, in which case the tracking information may not be accurate.

  • Please use the number provided in your shipping confirmation to track your package online with the chosen carrier.

  • Cherrywood cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage after a package has been picked up by the carrier and left our facility. In case of misdelivered, lost, stolen, or damaged packages, the customer must file a claim through the carrier. Items damaged or lost in shipping are the responsibility of the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL).
