JULY 2025 - FEBRUARY 2026: Quilts are made and submitted

SEPTEMBER 2025: Exhibit requests open

FEBRUARY 15, 2026: Exhibit Requests CLOSE 

MARCH 2026:

• Finalists announced

• Exhibit schedule announced and contracts are sent (only paid contracts reserve dates on the calendar. 

MAY 2026: Exhibit debuts at Fiber + Fabric Craft Festival and h+h Americas in Chicago

JUNE 2026 - APRIL 2027: 2026 Exhibit travels during the entire year
